Lilia Cambra

With Our Savior's since 2019

My name is Lilia Cambra. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Brandman University in Irvine and a California Master teacher’s Permit.

My most recent job was at the federally funded preschool program of Orange County Head Start in San Juan Capistrano where I worked as a bilingual preschool teacher for 16 years.

I was born in Venezuela, hence my native language is Spanish and I learned English in Great Britain where I lived for nine years. I have lived in the United States for 25 years with my two daughters who now live in Los Angeles and are also passionate about teaching. My hobbies are acrylic painting and furniture restoration.

I believe in teaching with a holistic approach where gaining an awareness of the different stages of children’s development is essential to cultivating their minds. I also believe that through careful observation of their development and fostering their sense of wonder our children can be guided towards their next level of knowledge.
